This agreement is a legal contract between you and Firefly VPN (referred to as the 'Service Provider') regarding the downloading, installation, and use of the mobile VPN application (referred to as the 'App').

By downloading or using the App, you confirm that you have read and agreed to this agreement. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, extract source code from, translate, or create derivative versions of the App or related trademarks without authorization. Intellectual property rights related to the App belong to the Service Provider. To operate the service, we may adjust features, plans, or fees and will provide notice where appropriate. Users are responsible for device security and account confidentiality; jailbroken or rooted devices may reduce security and prevent the App from working correctly.

The Service may integrate necessary third-party services, such as Google Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. When using related functions, you are also subject to those third-party terms and policies.

The App depends on a stable network environment, including Wi-Fi or mobile data. The Service Provider is not responsible for inability to use the service caused by unpaid carrier bills, data limits, weak signal, or carrier restrictions. Mobile data charges may apply outside Wi-Fi. If you use roaming outside your home country, related charges are your responsibility. Before using the App, ensure you have permission from the bill payer.

Users are responsible for their own use of the Service. Service interruption caused by a drained battery, system permission limits, or third-party network failures is not covered by compensation. We work to provide accurate route and service information, but some data may come from third-party partners, and we are not liable for indirect losses arising from such data. The App may release updates for compatibility and security, and you agree to install current versions when necessary. The Service Provider may terminate App services within reasonable limits; after termination, you must stop using and delete the App.

No-refund policy: Digital service access and software rights are considered delivered once activated. Except where required by law, refund requests are not accepted.

Product evaluation: We encourage users to test the free allowance, demo features, or trial options before purchase to confirm compatibility with their network environment.

Customer support: If you encounter installation, connection, or account issues, contact support promptly so we can help troubleshoot and provide reasonable guidance.

Technical issues: Network conditions and third-party platform policies may occasionally affect service quality. We will work to resolve technical issues, but troubleshooting does not itself create a refund commitment.

Unauthorized use: Refunds may be refused if an account, license key, or digital access right is shared, resold, stolen, or used for prohibited activity.

Policy changes: We may update this refund policy for operational or compliance reasons. Updates take effect after publication on the website.

By purchasing and using the Service, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
