The Service is provided as is, and we take reasonable measures within this policy to protect your privacy.

When you download and launch the App, we may collect necessary operational data, including your Internet Protocol (IP) address, device operating system version, in-app access paths, crash logs, and session duration. To recommend suitable routes and maintain connection quality, we may process approximate device location. This information is used to: 1. recommend connection options based on Firefly VPN's node distribution; 2. analyze anonymized regional performance trends and improve stability; 3. send important service updates, security notices, or account-related reminders to your registered email or username.

We only transmit aggregated or anonymized data to necessary third-party service providers, such as Google Play Services and Firebase, for crash analysis, performance monitoring, and feature improvement. Except as described here, we do not share personal information with third parties: 1. to comply with legal process or regulatory obligations; 2. to protect users, the public, or the platform from fraud, abuse, or security incidents; 3. to work with service providers bound by confidentiality obligations. To stop new data collection, uninstall the App through your device settings.

User-provided data is retained during the active service period and for a reasonable grace period afterward. The App is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If such information is discovered, we will delete it as soon as practical. We use physical, electronic, and administrative safeguards to reduce unauthorized access risk.
